About these terms
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Crystal Vida Cleaning Services. Booking a clean means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us about the property and the work required. If the job on arrival is materially different from what was described, we will speak to you before doing anything that changes the price.
Access and keys
You are responsible for arranging access. Where keys are held, they are stored securely and never labelled with an address. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a clean. Cancellations at very short notice may be charged, because the slot cannot usually be refilled.
Our standard
Every clean runs off the checklist agreed with you. If something has been missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area free of charge.
Insurance and liability
We carry public liability insurance covering our work in your home. Please tell us in advance about fragile, valuable or delicate items so we can take appropriate care or leave them alone.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Invoices are due on the terms stated on them.
