Crystal Vida Cleaning Services started with a simple observation: most cleaning companies are easy to book and hard to rely on. The first clean is great, the third is fine, the tenth is rushed. We built the company around fixing that — fixed slots, agreed checklists, and the same faces at your door.
We're based in Luton and deliberately stayed residential-only. Homes are where consistency matters most: you notice a skipped skirting board in your own hallway far more than anyone notices it in an office corridor.
Today we clean regular homes, rental checkouts and short-lets across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Every cleaner on the team is reference-checked, DBS-checked and insured — and every clean still ends with the same question we started with: would we be happy paying for this in our own home?

We're based in Luton and cover homes across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. The closer you are to base, the faster we can usually fit you in. Every postcode on the map gets the same checklist and the same promise.

Bedfordshire is home ground. We're based in Luton, so everywhere from the Chiltern edge at Dunstable up through Bedford and out to Leighton Buzzard sits inside our shortest response times — often with same-week slots.
- Buckinghamshire
Across the county line we cover Buckinghamshire's biggest centres — Milton Keynes' estates and apartment blocks, Aylesbury's mix of period terraces and new builds, and High Wycombe down in the Chilterns.
- Cambridgeshire
Our Cambridgeshire rounds take in Cambridge itself, Peterborough in the north, and the Great Ouse market towns of St Neots and Huntingdon — popular with commuters, landlords and short-let hosts alike.
- Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire is our busiest county after Bedfordshire: the commuter belt from St Albans and Harpenden through Wheathampstead, down to Potters Bar and Watford, and up the A1 corridor to Stevenage and Hitchin.
